From the Mind of Robert H. Clarke is a fascinating art exhibit where the artist uses rhythmic lines and a palette inspired by the masters to reconfigure this world into his uniquely personal vision. Clarke used composition and scale to make the ordinary memorable, energetically recording his inner and outer world, often simultaneously. Clarke passed away in 2005, rarely showing his work during his lifetime; this discovery will be the first comprehensive showing of his artwork and will be accompanied by a catalog created by the Brevard Art Museum Press.
The Brevard Art Museum is open: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m. Admission: Adults $5; seniors $3; children and students with I.D. $2; free for Museum members.
