Art Adventures with the Brevard Art Museum

The Brevard Art Museum offers several art-adventure tours that allow its members, and the community, to travel in safety and comfort to another art museum to experience a unique exhibition.

November's Art Tour will be to the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art to see the Coming of Age: American Art 1850s-1950s exhibit. Cost is $75 ($65 for members) and this includes admission. Coming of Age chronicles the major developments in a period marked by the rise of modernity and dramatic changes in the physical and social landscape. Drawn exclusively from the internationally acclaimed collection of the Addison Gallery of American Art at Philips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts, Coming of Age consists of seventy iconic paintings and sculptures that define American art.
